As the butter begins to melt with the body's temperature a deep tissue massage combined with Shiatsu trigger points results in soothing warmth, leaving you relaxed and your skin hydrated and nourished.

A TheraNaka signature treatment begins with gentle stretching techniques to relax the body before using specially designed "Swarthout dumbbells" as a massage tool and warm olive and sheabutter drizzled over the back, legs and chest. Leaving you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
